Problems with Maggies Aquarium Supply

I ordered a frag of pyros envy they did not make the trip. Ive been trying to get ahold of Randy with no response now i think he bailed on his own website because he is not responding at all. He told me he would send me a replacement but over a month later still havent heard from him. Anyone deal with this guy before?

here's his forum he set up awhile ago. my experience with randy wasn't the greatest to be honest with you. good luck, i hope you can work something out with him.
