Problems with Tec Light

I have had two new bulbs go out in my 6 bulb tec. I have no idea why they are not working anymore and am thinking it could have something to do with the ballast. Any ideas on what it could be or what I could do to see if the ballast is working properly would be appreciated.

I would first make sure one of the bulbs are not bad by some chance. If one is bad they both will go out. Otherwise I would check the connections at the endcaps. I would also contact sunlight supply and see if there is anything they recommend.

You need to move some bulbs you know work into the position of the two that don't work. If they still don't work you need to unplug the light, take the reflector out, and then inspect all the wire connections on the end caps. These connections the wires usually just push in and can come out. If you still can't get the light to work properly then I would bet that your ballast is out.
