I've been experiencing the same issues since the warranty ended. It's a bad product, with several malfunctioning reports.
I've sent mine to maintenance service (a specialized one but not BM), and they installed a brand new “motherboard” to correct the multiple dosing problem. But it lasts only 3 or 4 months, and then the pumps starts working together again... And that's not all: the dosing volumes are never the same. You may measure today a different volume in the same pump from yesterday—a nightmare.
That said, the real solution is getting rid from BM dosing pumps and try Kamoer or a better brand.
BM T11 is no good!
