I know this product has been out for a while, so who has used it? Who still uses it? Why did you use it? And how did you like the results? Thanks everyone for your help.

I use it and have nothing but good things to say. It helps to keep the tank clean and algae at bay. I have been running it since my cycle finished about 10 months ago. I only have to clean my glass every 7-10 days on my 270g. My wifes tank(165) does not use this product and she is cleaning the glass every 2-3 days. I almost always have no visible algae and my corals seem to thrive so far in my tank. I have 90% SPS, about 50 frags. I dose every other week as directions say and the only way I could be happier is if it was cheaper. Runnig any additives on large tanks can get pricey though and I expected the cost upon making the decision to go with Prodibio. I believe many people who use it also run biopellets as I do. That statement may not be true though.
I went with Prodibio after seeing several tanks that run it and I was impressed with the results they had. Lot of options, but it has worked to my satisfaction.

Question about its use...... Does the skimmer need to stay on 24hrs when dosing this?

I've used it and sold it to a lot of customers when I worked retail and never heard anything but satisfied feedback. My experience was likewise.

I think their glass+nitrogen packaging is very hard to beat for anything where freshness could be a concern...and that's just about everything. :) Of course there are two sides to every coin...that same packaging means you have to use their dose-size. Not ideal for all products, but works fine for most and I'm sure well-enough for all of them.

If it's not a pain, I think turning off the skimmer for 20 minutes to an hour when you dose wouldn't be a bad idea - let the bacteria settle. Not strictly required though.

I pretty much only run my skimmer at night for about 12 hours. If I dose in the AM, and my skimmer doesn't come on till the night could it be detrimental to my livestock?

There is nothing in this product that is going to be detrimental to your livestock. With or without a skimmer. Use as directed and you will like the results.

Has anyone used Prodibio BioClean while also having miracle mud in their sump? wonder if there is any harm in using both.

I just started dosing bioclean this week..... I'll report some results in a few weeks and see where I'm at. Been battling some GHA/cyano for a couple months now.

Ya keep us informed Fire/Medic, I am curious to see how it works out. Will probably head over to amazon and order some tommorrow too.
