Like the title say's, I added 2 vials of each of the parts in the Nano pack and now my skimmer isnt skimming whatsoever. Anyone heard of this?

Yup! Certain chemicals can/will make a skimmer go crazy. Example: If I don't rinse my PEMysis shrimp and when I use Selcon my skimmer quits producing foam. The science behind it I've no idea sorry. I just know that certain things do this.
