Profile not working?

I have a profile (Skimmerco2) to run my pump at 20% if the PH goes over 8.4 "If PH > 8.40 Then SkimmerCO2" It just turning it off. The feed profiles work fine ( feedmytank, feedmyfish ) and they ramp the pump to 10% and 15%. Any idea what im missing here?
