Planning on a RR 50-65 gallon hopefully. Scored a Proflex for $94, wanted the model 3 but really want to be able to pull/replace sump without having to drain everything in DT if it comes down to it.

Can I pull this off? Worked great on a 54 corner with sca301 skimmer and dc6000 return.

I used one on my 40 breeder for a while and it worked great. Then I broke it and got my crystal trigger 30.

Really want a 40B or 50G, did you run the model 1?
Yes for a bit. But then I tried modifying it to fit my new skimmer and broke it lol. I went bigger after that.

Thanks! Just want one that fits thru the doors, similar to RS-75. May have to run a light bio load w 65G idk lol. Long as it doesn’t flood we good! Lol
Absolutely. Always be mindful of backflow and make sure the sump can accommodate the water should a pump fail. Always best to run a simulation of a pump shutoff to make sure everything works and you dont come home to a flooded room ;)

Agreed! Used to turn my 54 off to feed every now and then w same sump. Heard good things bout trigger but can’t beat 50% off new.
