Programming for every other week.

Hey guys
i have a need to run an outlet for a doser. which needs to be every other week. so every 10 or 14 days later it needs to come on for 1 or 2 sec and that it.
currently i have it set to once a week on wednesday only for 1 sec.
It doses Lanthanum Chloride to my tank and honestly it doesnt require much anymore.

here is my current setting:

Set OFF
Fallback OFF
OSC 000:00/000:01/059:59 Then ON
If Time 23:00 to 21:59 Then OFF
If DoW SMT-TFS Then OFF

is there a way to run this instead of every week maybe every 10 days or every other week?
even 1 sec with is barely few drops still keeps my tank at 0 all the time. i am trying to push it where it doses less and more apart than 7 days so i can keep phos more like 0.01-0.03 range.

One second every two weeks I would manually dose that drop, with a reminder on my phone. Lots of risk versus reward- if you accidentally put that outlet “on”, or a freak apex failure the tank is done.
