I’m considering getting an auto doser. Any particular one you prefer?
the tank is a little bit of a mess currently; glass not clean, rocks with loads of algae, but that will stop when winter break comes.
current stocking list:
Black snowflake clown
Gladiator clown
Six line wrasse, a little bit mean when I don’t feed a lot. Any suggestions on how to maintain aggression?
I have a yellow tang in qt, I think it finally started to eat nori! It has been doing good for the past few days, no rapid/heavy breathing, pinched stomach gone, and almost ready for the tank.
Equipment:
Nuvo 40 tank
Maxspect Jump Led
A lot of sand and LR
A small fuge with loads of chaeto and an old planted tank light
A ton of coral: euphylia: working on a little garden currently, zoas:waiting for them to fill in, and more
the tank is a few months old, but it was filled in with LR and the rest came from my 8 month old nano.
Don’t worry tang police. The yellow is SUPER small and will be rehomed to my friends 180 when he gets bigger. I think it is good what you think, but it is my tank, and BRS also says to do it too.

Plans for Christmas break are to make a euphyllia garden

I need to update
So I’m not dosing anything now, but just doing weekly 10-30% water changes
still getting lots of algae out,
But it comes right back
I will get the tang back in soon hopefully since he was doing good on the algae before I put him in the treatment
