Has anyone ever dealt with Proledsuppy.com? I ordered an Oceanic Biocube DIY Retro fit LED kit on January 8th and it has not yet been shipped. I've emailed and called to ask about the status of my order and get no response. Starting to wonder if they are legit. Thanks!

Never heard of them. There site seems pretty low budget. Wouldn’t be surprised if 2020 took them out and the site is still just up... if you’re not getting a response I’d say contact your CC and try to get it cancelled

Thanks for the response. I'll give it some more time and hopefully will hear from them. Sounds like a small operation and they may build them as ordered.

Still no word from Proledsupply.com. Do not order from this company. I will post if anything changes and I hear from them.

Well . . . This lighting system finally arrived. It was pretty easy to install and works well. It took about 4 months to get delivered and there was zero communication despite frequent calls and emails. I thought I had been ripped off when low and behold, a package appeared on my doorstep. Excellent product but terrible communication/customer service.
