Proper chemistry for my 90 reef

I have only been in salt for 7 months now. It is confusing getting answers on what is the proper parameters for my tank and inhabitants. I have lost several expensive hard corals and I have watched several softies shrink up and die. One person tells you that you need this and another tells you something else. Some say you need phosphate in your tank and others say you need 0 phosphate. All I know is I’m confused. I have a 90 gallon 36x24x24. I have a Trigger system refugium with a Rio skimmer. Also a 550 PhosBan Reactor running half carbon and half Phosguard, and a Current 3170 Eflux pump. IceCap 3K gyre in the tank. My lighting is two Current Orbit Marine Pro. One is 36x48 and the other is 24x36. I was told to buy a dosing pump next. But !!! If I don’t have any numbers how do I know what to dose? Please help

Keep in mind, there is some flexibility to these numbers. Some coral like more nutrients, some less.

True zero is not good. But most tests won't show a tue zero.
Too much Gfo can strip the water too fast of phosphate.
