I have a 30 gallon setup, and wondered if i need a power head, or if my filter was adequate, as ive read i may need one. This is my filter.

No experience with your filter but i’ve a 32 gallon with 2 Sicche Nano Stream power heads as well as filter return. I’d think you’d want something additional to keep flow moving among/behind ricks. Any pics of tank?

36 gallon here I noticed I’ll be fine with my marine land filter but your still gonna wanna power head to blast the corners and stuff here and there …I have the Nero 5 sometimes I turn it on and all the gunk comes out

Is that the 1000 or 2000? Im looking into it. Frizzayy said something about a nero 5 too, ill look it up.
I love it for a expensive powerhead lol but personally I think it’s strong even for a 36 gallon on 1% my corals are rocking and it’s like weird I wish I didn’t waste the money on it tbh I’m not impressed I thought it would make my torch corals sway in the current even on random flow it doesn’t do that ….maybe I need 2? But take my word get a regular power head unless you have a bigger tank it’s just not worth the money imo
