Proper lighting for STD 75 Gallon. Raisins or Kessils

What would be better, 2 xr30 pro gen 3s or 2 xr15 gen 4s?

I will be selling my Orbit IC LED lights once I make a purchase tonight.... I just keep seeing that the PAR levels won't be sufficient enough to have enough growth for SPS and LPS.... especially if I have Acans on the bottom of the tank

Imo you absolutely can have success with those lights or any of the options you are deciding between. I would stick with what you have for now but if you insist on upgrading I prefer kessils (360's).

dual kit is kind of cool.... ;)

not exactly future proof though and slightly less efficient constant voltage..

2 Kessil A350ws(I can get one for $280), 2 Radion Gen 4 XR15wPros or 2 Radion Gen 4 XR30w Pros.

Out of those choices. to be honest and personal.. None..
But since your $ value is all over the board..

3 XR15 gen 4's would be a good choice..
Next tank smaller or larger (within limits).. check..
full automation.. check
high color variability..check
broad spectrum ...check.
270W.. check..
variable placement..check
Cost.. kind of a bummer.. :(

now just my OPINION..no more no less..Never used them..but "on paper" it checks all the boxes..

Success with SPS higher in the tank? I'm only seeing that these would get a PAR of 350-260 at 6".... is this enough for them?

I would defiantly look at the AI Hydra 52 HD's. These are awesome lights. no need for any controllers or anything and can be adjusted independently if needed. they run very quiet and have awesome spreed and depth.

Not going to recommend a specific light choice for you. As they all grow every type of coral just fine. However a really good source of info is bulk reef supply their YouTube page. They do par meter readings and spread testing on pretty much everything you asked about. And also review them. Plus it’s a chance to see each fixture in action as to what look you prefer. One thing to keep in mind when you do pull the trigger. Don’t adjust the colour and intensity all the time or it will never grow anything. Keep it consistent. Good luck!

Ended up going with 2 XR30 Gen 3s.... I wanted to get these just incase I upgrade the tank.

I want to thank everyone for their time, knowledge and patience! I truly appreciate it!

anemone, I couldn't get it to move so I just left it in there in hopes that it would move. It moved today!
