What is the proper quarantine method for a Yellow Tang? I know they're more prone to Ich than others so I want to be safe.

I would use the same QT method you would use for any other fish. There are many protocols listed.

I currently have a Six line Wrasse in my quarantine. How should I go about starting to dose copper? (Cupramine is what I have)

It's hard for me to recommend cupramine for a wrasse. coppersafe is better for wrasses. if you use cupramine start really small and work up to .250 is what I remember the dosage being I could be wrong, if you notice any stress do a water change immediately.

How long should it take me to ramp up to the recommended 1.5ppm-2ppm?

I would use chelated copper on the Wrasse. For whatever reason Wrasse just don't tolerate ionic copper very well.

The yellow tang will be fine in either.

Curious what are you wrong the wrasse with. It’s best not to introduce something else when you’ve started quarantining

Im keeping a close eye on him and if anything goes astray, I will immediately change the water and add carbon. I started a very small dose and am slowly going to raise it over the next week or so.

So far, nothing. He's been in there a week because I got him from Petco and would rather be safe than sorry. If possible, in your opinion, should I add him to DT tonight? He's been in there for a week exactly.

*I do my best to quarantine any new fish before introducing them to the DT.*

If you prophylactically treat your fish I wouldn't change anything if it's working for you. Cutting corners has never ended well for me.

I do prophylactically treat certain fish. To my understanding, Wrasses are a bit tougher and disease resistant as compared to other fish..I haven't noticed any odd behavior.
