Does anyone prophylactically dose lanthanum chloride to control phosphates? I am looking for a proper dosing regime to do so if so.

I regularly use phosphate rx, I dose it at about 1/10 of the recommended dosage on the packaging over the course of several days. I also use the Hanna ulr to make sure I don't strip all the phosphates

Debating to use phos rx myself. Phos is measuring between .05-.08 but I have few small patches of gha that would probably die off if I dose phosphate rx. Don’t want Dino’s tho

So far I haven't had any dinos. The reason I dose it the way I do is because I lost a couple acros when I first used it by adding too much and removing all the phosphates. Since I've been taking it slow and monitoring I haven't had any trouble. I try to maintain the phosphates just below or at .03
