I am using the Aqua Illumination SOL on my tank.

Pros: Dimming Capability, Very Quiet, Modern Look, Nice colors

Cons: They can be a little quirky if you lose power. I have noticed that if the power goes out that sometimes they will come back on full blast and must be reset. This is not good if you are out of town. Would love to have a few more mounting options.

Pros: Low energy, doesn't heat up tank. dimmable, last 10 to 12 yrs, and I'm getting amazing growth

Cons: Wised I had this technology 10 years ago when I 1st started....lol
