Pros/cons live rock

So which does everyone prefer? Live rock or dry rock for a new tank that isn't set up yet? I think I'm leaning towards the dry just for cost reasons.

I always lean towards dry rock simply for pest prevention. You never know what kind of hitch hikers will come in on live rock. Just takes a little more patience with letting the tank cycle.
