I'll eventually want the dosing pumps and I'm going to set up a quarantine tank.

Sounds like an awesome build!

So my build completely changed, should I delete this and start over? I have a Prostar 200. And thinking about modifying the sump to a triton method sump. Thoughts would greatly be appreciated. I also am considering on getting a blue throat triggerfish.

I'm going to move the tank to the blank wall. I think it'll fit better and there's a closet on the other side. I can turn half the space into a fish closet.

I think I'm going to modify the sump so it works for the triton method

I was on vacation so I'm still currently working on it. I've got the new glass dividers on order. Here's what I was thinking for the aquascape.

I started out with an RoDi that size. Upgraded to the BRS 5 stage. Original wore out too quickly for my 90 gallon and liked the built in TDS meter on the BRS 5 stage.

Looks good, think in terms of coral placement more than anything else. I myself have tried to place rocks to look pleasing not remembering that the tank is no where near its final appearance. If all goes as planned the rocks will just become elevations under your coral reef

I posted those pictures under the aquascape discussion and someone said those rocks might not be meant for a reef tank. Just curious if this will cause problems?

My largest fear with rocks is what they might leach into the water.
It’s not as big a deal in fresh water but I’d be more concerned in a reef tank.
That’s why when it comes to dry rock you see everyone using basically the same and staying away from rock which could potentially contaminate the system. You may want to do some testing for metals in your system. You’re probably going to have to send away for the results.

I replaced the two of them that I confirmed could be a problem and the rest were bought from a fish store that uses them in their systems

Awesome! Better safe than sorry. The LFS is using them in reef tanks, not fish only tanks, right?
