Yeah I learned a lot about the rule of thirds from planted aquarium aquascaping. Never got good at it though LOL

I think I might just end up sticking with the V3. It’ll probably end up completely different with coral anyways.

Nyos reef cement. And yeah there’s a lot of space in the back. Probably 2-3 inches.

I like the V2, but i would remove that first arch and leave that as an island, it will also help create depth of field of a smaller type canyon that would look great when its growing out. I think i would also remove the rocks from the front of the second arch as i think that might be a detritus trap and it will help with the flow through the rockwork.

I also think it would be great with that scape bare bottom, and im not really a bare bottom type of guy. I really like the direction though.

Thanks for the advice. But yeah I’m not a bare bottom type of guy either. I only bought around 80 pounds of sand though so

Yeah I figured so I think I'm gonna go with this for now.

V3 looks a bit like a rollercoaster to me with thin loop shapes. I think a small isalnd and large island set up would suit that tank.
