Prostar 90 Lots of bubbles in filter roller

Hey. So im getting a prostar 90 cycled. This is one of the first tanks ive had that has an overflow and sump. Also the first tank ive had with a fleece roller haha. Ive had other tanks but all small stuff under 30 gallons. I have the clarisea 3000 roller and it works great but ive notice an abundance of bubbles coming from the overflow into the filter roller. Its practically a skimmer lol. Like i said, first roller ive had so im unsure if this is "normal". Im not sure if its related to the height i have the roller at as well. Ill attach photos of the roller, plumbing and overflow. Any help would be appreciated.
