Protect New RBTA from ice cap gyre...???

Just set up my 45 g 2-3 months ago and got my first Nem last week. He hasn't moved much, but I anticipate he will at some point. I saw Maxspect made "critter guards" for their pump, but haven't seen anything from ice cap. Anyone have ideas?

Bulk reef supply sells foam "guards" for mp40.. they actually fit my jebao rw-15.. you could cut and sew them to fit yours.
