Protein Skimmer choice

So I’m looking at buying my skimmer and sump later today. I’ve seen multiple different thoughts on size. I’m looking at either the reef octo regal 150 or the 200. Now I’m gonna do 120 gallon tank. And I’d say medium stock build, which is the better skim to go??

Did you go smaller or larger then what you needed per tank??

I have it on a 60g but I have the smallest model. I would always go bigger then the rating

I have the same exact question, and was advised to go bigger. Probably not a bad idea maybe do a frag tank down the road
