Protein skimmer depth

I’m looking for a new protein skimmer and can’t seem to find an in sump skimmer that will work with my tank. The water depth in my sump is only 4 inches. All the in sump skimmers seem to require 5-8 inches of water depth. Does anyone know of an in sump skimmer that requires a lower submerged depth?

I'm not aware of one...someone else can hopefully chime in. But is adding a baffle to raise the water level for the skimmer section feasible? You can add a baffle for around $15 for a piece of acrylic or glass...and some silicone.
