I just think you can use get by with a cheaper skimmer plus I don't mind a little green water. Aqua c was known as a good skimmer until cone skimmers came about so I don't need the next big thing I need something that work good and in my budget. I built my sump to hold the EV 240 so when Im ready all I have to do is drain the sump slide it in the new stand, connect, refill and fire it up. If I don't go with a bigger tank for a sump.
