Protein Skimmer IM Nuvo 20

Can anyone recomend a good protein skimmer for the innovative marine nuvo 20? Or is it a waste for an aquarium this size? I do weekly water changes at 10% but still have a surface film I dont like. Just wandering if a nano skimmer is worth the investment as my lfs owner doesnt believe so.

Save your money and just add more surface agitation

You can try running some filter floss, a skimmer won't per se fix surface scum. In aio tanks it's pretty common, filter floss and carbon works great for me on my biocube. 5 gallon water change and carbon will do more and save a lot more headaches on a tank that small IMO.
