I'm currently at the 2 week mark of cycling my new Reefer 525xl (upgrading from my 170). I bought a Reef Octopus 200 INT (used), cleaned it and have been running it for a week now. It is a micro bubble factory in my sump. It's at the recommended water height, I'm pulling air from outside with the other air intake closed. The air intake is clear and clean. Is it just because of the break in? Do I need to be a bit more patient? I don't remember this with my int 110 on my Reefer 170 but the 200 is much larger.
