Protein skimmer on Frag tank

I am debating on adding a nano skimmer to my 20g frag tank -- This tank has no fish, and coral only with some inverts. Do you guys think it's needed? Nitrates stable around 5-10ppm, and P04 around 0.03-.011.

Thoughts?

Thoughts?

I would think with no fish it is not needed, I have 5 fish in my main tank and have no skimmer.
