Protein skimmer question.

So a lot of you helped me yesterday trouble shoot my skimmer to get it working. An update on it is I got a new valve and is working 10x better then the one it comes with. (Sky 731). I'm using a 3 way air controller. Bigger bubbles and less quiet. Here's my question.....my skimmer doesn't have bubbles going into the neck of the collector cup. Why? All the bubbles are stain at the neck below the collection cup. Just wondering if there's nothing to clean cause my tank still looks like a little cloudy with micro bubbles. I'm trying to get my tank crystal clear like yours. Just curious.

Sometimes they take a while to break in. If the level doesn't start climbing, you can adjust the airflow to raise it. Good luck!

Thanks. Will the micro bubbles in my DT ever go away or will it always look a little cloudy where I can't see the back of the tank?
