I can't say I've personally ever seen one. But hopefully someone else has. I don't think they include them with sumps so that you can add one that fits your personal needs.

There are no sumps with built in skimmers per say, skimmers and sumps are separate units. Some places will sell sump combos that they bundle a skimmer and stuff with, but generally you wouldn't want a skimmer built-in to a sump because in the event it breaks or needs a new part you would have to buy a whole new unit.
