Protein skimmer wont rise

My protein skimmer was running fine for a couple of days and now the bubbles wont rise into thw collection cup. The ps is at the correct height and I dont know whats wrong with it. Any idea how to fix this?

Hands in the tank, fed the tank, water change, etc. Pretty much any interaction with the tank can collapse the head of foam. Could be you just don’t have the nutrients, or skimmer may just be breaking in.
