protein skimmer

I want to get a protein skimmer hob for my 30 gallon but so many choices.Is there a good one that's not real expensive but not cheaply made?I have a octopus 100 for years in my 75 and it's awesome.

I use an aquamaxx 1.5 hob skimmer on my 32 gallon, it has worked well, no complaints.
