Protein Skimmers

I am curious—would two smaller protein skimmers be the equivalent of one large one? I'm upgrading my FOWLR from 120 to 300 glass cages and want to reuse equipment where possible.

It would and you could have the added benefit of one being a wet skim and the other drier. Or run ozone through one if you are feeling fancy
