So I bought some green hulk zoas yesterday. They opened up today and I noticed 2 or 3 heads that aren't green they are red and was wondering if pruning these heads out would be ok. Or will there color change. Ty in advance.

Will work for reef supplies. :)

you can inject them with aiptasia X or kalk. Most likely a different color zoa grow in there. You can frag it out and put it on a different rock now you got 2 different zoas=) or you can just yank them out and kill them if you really hate it that much. zoas color do change with the lighting, I have bought some that were dark color and end up being very bright after awhile

It be hard to frag as they aren't near each other and in the dead center of the colony. But ty. Ill take a good look @em when I get home.
