Noticed the level in my overflow going up a little so was keeping an eye on it. Did some cleaning in the tank because of bubble algae then added a new power head (way oversized so need to swap). Anyway, it kicked up even more stuff.
Long story short, this morning I noticed the water in the corner overflow pretty level with the tank water. Cleaned the snail guard and all is back to normal.
Maybe it it’s time to convert to a beansnimal with an emergency drain vs the durso set up I have.
Anyway, psa ..... check/clean your snail guards.
