I'm excited to announce the upcoming Bob Moore Frag Swap, organized by the Puget Sound Aquarium Society, in the Seattle, WA area. The swap will be held, Feb. 11, 2012, 11:00AM-5:00PM, in Tacoma, WA. The location will be at PLU, in the Memorial Gym. http://www.plu.edu/about/Campus-Map/home.php This will be a great place to get to know members of the PSAS club, and the Spokane/Coeur D' Alene Reef Society (PSAS has invited SPCDA Reef Society to attend). There will also be several great vendors in attendance, including some that are sponsors, here on R2R. Club members will also have tanks full of corals, to sell/trade/giveaway.
Angie, Madison and I attended, last year, and it was amazing! Reef Koi and Cherry Corals were in attendance, as was Barrier Reef Aquarium. There were MANY great deals to be had and we brought home bags and bags of beautiful pieces. I remember, as the swap was winding down, I was packing away all of our treasures, for the 5 hour drive home, when Angie walked up to me with at least 10 more bags, from Cherry Corals and Reef Koi. She'd picked up some AMAZING last minute deals.
