Just as a reminder for those using the Two Little Fishies food clip. I pulled this out of my tank last night after noticing that my zoanthids have been slowly deteriorating.

You should be inspecting magnets that are in the water regularly.

I never leave the clips in the tank. I feed once the fish are done the clips come out. But a good reminder for those that don’t.

I believe Two Little Fishies recently redesigned their magnet housings to prevent this from happening. But an excellent reminder to always keep an eye on the possible metal sources in our tanks.

Incorrect. Look at how clean and white the clip is, even after a years use. That's because I only leave it in the tank while the tang gang demolish the nori. Then I take it out, dry it and leave it attached to the fridge. So this isn't just for those people that leave the clip in the tank all the time.
