Just got this guy today, acclimated and into quarantine. Hes breathing hard and hugging the filter, anything I need to be worried about?

Sometimes hanging by an area like the filter intake because of the increased flow, can be a sign of flukes. How did you acclimate him, did you check the sg in the bag, a high increase in sg can cause an issue called osmotic shock. Has he eaten, if not give him a day, if he doesn't eat the food you are offering, offer him live ghost shrimp. If he doesn't eat the live ghost shrimp, you have a problem. From what I can see his eyes do look clear but his stomach may be a bit sunken. There's always a possibility of just stress of the transport. Give us an update tomorrow.
