Puffer losing color

My Stars and Stripes puffer is losing color. Any idea as to what this can be? No other fish seem to be affected

Unfortunately, this is a dark and fuzzy image. Best under white lighting

What is current ammonia, salinity and nitrate level ?
What test kits are you using ?
is breathing normal or labored?
is fish eating ?
Any dots on eyes or body? Are eyes totally clear- no haze?

Other than patchy color loss he seems fine. Super aggressive eater, no ich, crystal ckear eyes…. 1.025, no ammonia
