Puffer on bottom rapid breathing?

Puffer on side breathing rapidly. Water tests are all very good. Only change that I can image in health occurred having feed small raw shrimp with shell on. This was an advised feeding source for the calcium nutrients. Would this have had any adverse effects?
What questions can you ask me to help with this dire present condition?
