After feeding last night I noticed that my blue spotted puffer had what looked like a string hanging from his mouth. It isn't stopping him from eating and he is still acting completely normal. What if anything should I do about this?

It looks to me like a piece of stringy meat that he didn't swallow all the way, but I could be totally wrong. Is the string still there?

No, he took care of it himself the next day.
