Puffer

Ha! The hardest thing about this hobby is not being able to keep everything you want;Hilarious

Very much so. Learning the hard way isn't good for your wallet and brain!
Isn't good for the animals to say the least.

Unless you can do a huge tank in the future........

Your welcome.
Sorry i am confused bigger tank high flow Puffer fish? Smaller tank high flow no Puffer fish. So. a Puffer can handle high flow in a big tank but not in 75?

500-1000 gallon tank with low to med flow. Sorry if I wasn't clear. :D

So no reef tank fowlr
A reef tank wouldn’t be a FOWLR! :D

Puffers can handle flow if they have areas to retreat from it, which is why large tanks are more suitable. Oh, and they’re very dirty fish that can get pretty large as mentioned.

Sorry, I finally bought my 500 gal FOWLR. We will see how long before I add puffers! :D

Come add this guy.. Lol.....

Got one in my Reef. He’s huge. His favorite food is Anemone’s so I no longer have any. Most likely I will sell him

I've got a saddle valentini puffer in my 75g reef. I have the flow set up so there's SPS regions and LPS regions, and he spends plenty of time in both. He's an awesome reef fish, but does pick off occasional snails. Well worth it.

Same here.. Mine likes to get the flow and "surf" it for a few minutes before going about his day. They stay small and are reef safe.

I wouldn't say reef safe, after a year ours decided it loved the taste for acans, blastos and trachyphyllia. Very cool fish though.

 I definitely flush the fish thru the toilet if any of my fishes eat my anemones... . No way! My question to my reef place guy.... How are their behavior? Does it fight with any other fishes? How about corals? Does it eat corals? Ask don't be afraid to ask or jump into the net and search for info.. But u got a big problem with that anemone eater.
