Pull out Nori clip and let dry?

I was just wondering if it would be bad to pull out an unfinished Nori clip when the lights go off (so it doesn’t just rot overnight) and then put it back in the next day?

It becomes a weird rubbery consistency when it dries out, but I assume it’s still edible. Would it become harmful drying out?

I wouldn’t think it would be a problem, but thought I’d ask.

I would just toss the uneaten nori, put less quantity on the clip instead

Yeah I know, but some days they’re just not as hungry, which is why I wondered.
