Pulsating wierd critter

To the specialists out there:
I saw this little thing growing for a couple weeks under zoas.
It looks like to be attached to the rock by a string - or this is part of their body.
It pulses in a very wierd way as you can see.

I looked into the tank again and now there is only a string. The body vanished. I'm positive it's out there somewhere cuz this is a jaubert fish bowl.

Looks to me like a feather duster , fan worm just reaching out for food, could be mouth of worm or tail of a worm reaching for food, I'm thinking more wormy then jellyfish?

they start like the video below almost hydroid looking.

This is exactly how it looks to.

Seems to be a jellyfish in its strobilation phase.

I'm happy that now I have a jellyfish somewhere lol if I ever found it again I keep posting updates here.
