Ordered my first corals, had them shipped from Tidal Gardens. Everything except this Xenia is looking great. How do i tell if this frag just needs some recovery time or if its already dead on arrival? I heard Xenia doesnt ship well. I figured id get an opinion here, i dont want to file a claim if theres a chance it might perk up in a few days, im just concerned it hasnt moved at all and looks kinda pale under the white light.

Most likely it will be fine and it is just annoyed right now.
Whether or not it will pulse is a different story. Water parameters play a role.
But it should start to look better. Soft corals sulk when they are stressed.
Just give it mediumish light and low flow.

hi,looks ok to me, give it a few ,normally melts away ,when dying.
