Pulsing Xenia turning white

My pulsing Xenia was doing great the last couple of months until last week. I noticed it wasn't pulsing anymore, shriveled up and turning white. What could be happening?
Ph - 7.8 - 8
Ammonia - .25ppm
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 5 ppm
Salinity 1.026
All other corals doing great.

Bro mine stopped pulsing and it’s white color but all the polyps are open and extended.. kinda weird.
 
Could it be the ammonia?
