Pump and RFG Ideas for 13.5 evo

Hi everyone, I am looking for an upgrade on my13.5 evo stock pump.

I am going to replace my current powerhead with an RFG and a better return pump, so I am looking for ideas/ suggestions on what pump to get.
I am looking for a quite but efficient pump that pumps around 300-350 GPH. Hoping that it will fit in my 3rd chamber of the 13.5.

I know that there have been countless threads over this topic, but I am hoping for direct answers with a new thread

I am open to suggestions and any extra tank info will be provided upon request, Thank you for any suggestions/ help

Nope it is fully adjustable, you can make as much or as little flow as you need

I was just about to purchase it, but then I saw that it is $179 DOLLARS!!!! That is absolutely insane!
