What is going to be my cheapest bet for a submersible pump that has a threaded outlet for connecting to PVC and a head pressure of 4 ft+. Rate and noise don't matter, just something that wont jam up right away due to exposure to kalk.

I saw the quiet one 2200, but the outlet thread on that looks really weird, is that really a normal 1" PVC thread?

Thanks
Kevin

you can glue pcv "slip to thread' adaptors on a lot of pumps, note i have had to sand down the inside of pvs sometime to get it to fit right. so you not limited. another option is to user some tubing you can jam on the pump like the QO 2200 then put a "barbed to threads" adaptor on the other end as well.

Eheim 1250 would work well. 317 GPH - so not too strong, but for an ATO just about right. They have female threads that are FPT (American standard).
