Hello All,
Long time lurker, first time poster. I'm creating a mixing station in my basement with an rodi system and just a brute trashcan for the time being. I need advice on a pump to move the mixed water from the brute can up to my aquarium.

Needs to go up 1 flight of stairs and the aquarium is chest high, so roughly 25 ft. run and 15 ft. of lift/head. Any recommendations that wont break the bank? I've been looking for days and am now even browsing home depot pond pumps and sumps.

I had reached out to BRS and they had recommend a 500 dollar pump.

Surely there is a cheaper option...

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

i guess while im here maybe i should ask about storing the water in the brute, do i have to leave a powerhead in there all the time, or can i mix it and let it sit and maybe put a heater and powerhead in it the day before a water change? Also do i have to keep an airstone in it?

Thx a ton community!

Pan World and Iwaki are often good options because of how they handle head pressure.
