Pump for reactors and uv

I want to setup up a small pump for my three brs reactors and 57 watt uv sterilizer. What pump do you suggest. I need something silent. Assume I would need to build a manifold as well?

For uv you could put in serie with you return pump. I have my uv like that

How much room do you have in your sump?
I tried running a manifold and got fed up with trying to keep things balanced, so I have separate pumps.
You close a valve to, say, change out your GFO, and then the Carbon gets beat up from too much flow.

If you have room, I use Eheim compact 1000 units for my carbon and gfo. I installed them with adaptors and use tubing with valves to adjust their tumbling. The valves are on the output to keep air pockets from developing. I used, I think, 5/8 to 3/8 adapter on the 1000 units. They push right on the pump outlet fitting. Then I ran 3/8 tubing.
I also had to change the fittings on the reactors to 3/8
I use filter matt as bases for the pumps to keep them quiet. Cut this stuff to size and zip tie to the pump base.

My UV and chiller each have their own pumps as well, sized to their needs

I just realized I had to modify my reactors, but looks like BRS has them with 1/2" ports, so all you'd need is to use the appropriate tubing adapter on whatever pump you choose.

How would I go about making a manifold so I could put all three reactors and the UV on the same pump?

This brs video should help for a design.
I’d recommend a dc pump so you can adjust the flow. Reef octo VarioS pumps are great, I run them on all my tanks. If you wanna save some cash the sicce syncra is a great pump too.

Thanks for sharing, my question would be do I keep the plumbing after the split from the main pump at 1.5 inches or can I drop it down to 1/2 as that what everything I am using will connect as.

So are you saying you will be using your main return pump for the manifold? I’d assume reducing to 1/2 inch is fine, you may need a larger than normal pump or a valve above the T to make sure flow gets into it. I’d leave it 1” and reduce at the output. Like a few of these and leave 1” at the end for your uv.
