If I have a 5 gallon bucket with pre mixed saltwater and want to pump water from the bucket to the tank, what kind of pump do I need? The pump from the ground to the tank would travel between 4-5 feet.

Any small pump will work. Home Depot sells a small pond pump for about $20 and a piece of hose out of plumbing will cost you $5

AS already said any pump will work. Just attach a hose. It's also handy to find a canister u-tube return to put on the end of the hose.
I use bigger containers for my water changes and like to use mag pumps ( mag 9.5) and I make my own u-tubes out of pvc parts.

An old Maxijet powerhead with a long piece of 1/2" inside diameter tubing stuck over the discharge nipple is perfect.
